Partner links & measurement
We record page views and App Store button clicks with a random event ID, UTC time, partner ID and optional contact-moment ID. App and store are recorded for clicks. Public website store clicks are stored separately. These are events, not unique people, verified downloads or purchases. Known bots and signed-in operator traffic are excluded where detectable. Repeated clicks in a short window are suppressed.
We do not save raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers, full referrers or advertising identifiers. To limit abuse and rapid duplicate events, the server makes short-lived keyed hashes from network metadata. Network metadata is processed temporarily; hashes expire after up to one hour and are cleaned up on subsequent requests. We do not use those hashes to build a visitor profile.
Private product feedback
Feedback goes directly to Verkade Apps. You can leave your email empty for anonymous feedback. Please do not include personal details, children’s names, health information or other sensitive information in free text. We record the selected app, your reported level of use, optional rating, answers, UTC time and valid partner/contact context. Feedback text and email addresses are encrypted in the application’s database and are available only to the configured operator. New submissions are also sent as an email copy to support@verkadeapps.com through our existing Firebase Trigger Email and Cloud86 mail service. This copy includes the answers, optional email address, contact choices and app/partner context. Email copies and the Firebase mail queue must be included in correction, deletion and retention procedures.
Email is optional for ordinary feedback, and required if you request a reward or choose to be contacted. Permission for clarification questions and interest in beta testing are separate, optional and unchecked by default. A reward does not require either permission. We do not use feedback contact information for unrelated marketing.
Optional pilot rewards
Rewards are available only when explicitly enabled for a pilot partner, a permitted campaign and confirmed park-pack code inventory. They are currently disabled pending verification of Apple’s code-distribution conditions and in-app redemption. Any enabled request is reviewed manually; positive feedback or an App Store review is never a condition. Email verification and a keyed email digest help prevent duplicate pilot rewards. No reward emails are sent automatically.
Retention & your choices
The operator’s retention policy is 90 days for individual web events and feedback, and up to 12 months for the minimum reward-administration record where necessary. These are manual maintenance periods, not automatic deletion guarantees. You may request earlier deletion or correction. The operator has a protected correction/deletion function for feedback. Withdrawal of contact consent can also be requested by email. Exported CSV copies must be protected and removed under the same policy.
Hosting, stores & authentication
Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare provide hosting, authentication, database and image storage. These providers process network and security information to deliver the service. This application cannot independently set their logging retention or guarantee a specific storage country. Before public launch the operator must confirm applicable processor agreements, transfer safeguards and legal basis. The administration area requires ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to the configured operator. Sign-in uses the hosting provider’s essential authentication mechanisms. The application adds no analytics cookies.
Apple campaign links contain a developer token and campaign ID, never your email or individual feedback. Apple reports aggregated data subject to privacy thresholds. Existing Firebase analytics inside the apps remain separate; web events are not joined to individual app users. Apple’s and the apps’ own privacy notices apply when you use those services.
Park suggestions by email
The park-suggestion button opens your email application with a template. You can choose whether you want a reply when a destination becomes available. No email is sent until you send it yourself.
